We build everything in Klaviyo — the gold standard for ecommerce email marketing. It integrates directly with Shopify, WooCommerce and most similar platforms. If you don't have a Klaviyo account yet, no problem — we set it up as part of the day, including configuring your branded sending domain.

You'll need a Shopify, WooCommerce or similar store, your brand guidelines (fonts, colours, logos), and product imagery — both lifestyle shots with models and clean product photos. These are what let us design everything on-brand and move fast on the day.

We start together with a 90-minute strategy session via Google Meet — mapping your customer journey, priorities and 90-day campaign calendar. From there, we go away and build everything for you. All emails, flows and templates are designed and loaded into Klaviyo. We then come back together for a handover, walk you through the whole system, answer your questions, and make sure everything is live before end of day.
